NISHA DESAI RAGHAVAN

After beginning her career as a prosecutor, first with Bronx County and then with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Nisha Desai Raghavan has worked on a multitude of legal issues, from environmental regulations to white collar crime, as a Principal Appellate Court Attorney in New York State for over 15 years. 

As a book-loving Gen Xer raising three internet-savvy Gen Z children who always seem to know more than she ever did at their ages, Nisha is constantly thinking about the mental health impacts of quite literally everything in our world on our future generations.  Her favorite #OneGreenThing is hiking with her husband and children, either in the rolling hills of the Rockefeller State Park Preserve near their home in New York’s Hudson Valley, or in the lush Green Mountains of Vermont.
